
2025-2026 Rates
CHET classes are designed to be al a carte. Students may take as many or as few classes as they would like. Tuition amount is for the whole school year, both semesters. This includes 32 weeks of class instruction.
Tuition Rates:
Pre-K - 6th Grade Classes : $184.00 per class
7th-12th Grade Classes: $272.00 per class
High School 2-day Tutorial Classes: $512.00 per class (includes both days)
Free Time Room: $72.00 per half hour (per year) $144.00 per hour (per year) for K-6th grade.
Specialities:
90 Minute Classes: $408.00 per class - ACT Prep, Art II, Drama, English LTW I, General Science, Personal Finance, PBL, Service Leadership, Rock Band
Culinary Arts: $480.00 + kitchen supply/ingredients fee / (2 hour class)
Desserts & Pastries: $408.00 + supplies
Private Music/Voice Lessons: $635.00 per year, breaks down to $19.5 per 30 minute lesson/per week
Tuition Payment Options:
Option 1 – Pay in full by Cash or Check: tuition due before Aug. 15th.
Option 2 – Tuition due in two payments made on or before August 15th and December 15th.
Option 3 – Tuition due in 10 equal payments from August through May on the 15th of each month.
Students may not be allowed to attend classes if their account is not current.
Enrollment Fees:
- Application Fee for New Students: $25 per student
- Registration Fee for Returning and New students:
- Before June 1. $180 per student with a maximum of $540 per family.
- June 1 or after. $205 per student with a maximum of $615 per family.
- Registration fee is due before class selections are made.
- Security Fee: $120 per family per year, added to tuition.
FACTS Tuition Management:
- CHET has contracted FACTS Tuition Management Company to help manage our tuition payment program. FACTS also allows for flexible methods of payment including ACH transfers from your bank account, debit card or credit card.
- Enrollment in FACTS Tuition Management is mandatory for all families. There is an annual enrollment fee which is paid directly to FACTS as detailed below:
- Families paying in full by August 15th: $25
- Families paying in two installments (August 15th & Dec 15th): $25
- Families paying in three or more installments: $55
- Tuition is electronically withdrawn by FACTS Tuition Management according to your installment plan. All tuition, paid or due, is non-refundable.
Supply Fees:
- Each class has an individual supply fee. This fee varies by class and will be shown on the class list. Required textbooks, workbooks, class materials or supplies listed in each course description are not included in the tuition or fees unless otherwise specified. Supply fees are added to tuition.
- All required textbooks, workbooks, class materials and supplies are the responsibility of the family.
Class Change Fees:
- After June 15, once your student's final schedule has been confirmed, families have been billed, and class rosters have been sent to teachers - a $15 change fee will be billed to your FACTS account for each class change made. This includes adding, dropping, or changing a class after June 15.
- There will be no change fee charged for class adjustments made by the CHET Business Office, due to reconciling wait lists or other necessary changes.
Free Time:
- Students who are on campus but not enrolled in a class during a scheduled time slot are required to report to the Free Time room and sign in for attendance.
- If a student’s schedule includes open periods, the CHET Business Office will assign them to Free Time, and tuition charges will be applied to the family’s FACTS account. This includes 30-minute gaps related to music lesson scheduling, if applicable.
- Please note: Free Time is not intended as low-cost child care. It is designed to support families by providing supervised space during unavoidable schedule gaps.
