CHET classes are designed to be al a carte. Students may take as many or as few classes as they would like. Tuition amount is for the whole school year, both semesters.
Tuition Rates:
Pre-K - 6th Grade Classes : $165.00 per class
7th-12th Grade Classes: $259.00 per class
High School 2-day Tutorial Classes: $487.00 per class (includes both days)
Private Music/Voice Lessons: $19.00 per 30 min lesson, $605.00 for the year
Art I & Art Cafe: $242; 1 hr class; Art II: $363; 1.5 hr class
Sewing: $278; 1.5 hr class
Free Time Room/Study Hall: $48 per half hour ; $96.00 an hour
Tuition Payment Options:
Option 1 – Pay in full by Cash or Check: tuition due before Aug. 15th.
Option 2 – Tuition due in two payments made on or before August 15th and December 15th.
Option 3 – Tuition due in 10 equal payments from August through May on the 15th of each month
Students may not be allowed to attend classes if their account is not current.
Enrollment Fees:
- Application Fee for New Students: $25 per student
- Registration Fee for Returning and New students:
- Before June 1. $160 per student with a maximum of $480 per family.
- June 1 or after. $185 per student with a maximum of $555 per family.
- Registration fee is due before class selections are made.
FACTS Tuition Management:
- CHET has contracted FACTS Tuition Management Company to help manage our tuition payment program. FACTS also allows for flexible methods of payment including ACH transfers from your bank account, debit card or credit card.
- Enrollment in FACTS Tuition Management is mandatory for all families. There is an annual enrollment fee which is paid directly to FACTS as detailed below:
- Families paying in full by August 15th: $25
- Families paying in two installments (August 15th & Dec 15th): $25
- Families paying in three or more installments: $55
- Tuition is electronically withdrawn by FACTS Tuition Management according to your installment plan. All tuition, paid or due, is non-refundable.
Supply Fees:
- Each class has an individual supply fee. This fee varies by class and will be shown on the class list. Required textbooks, workbooks, class materials or supplies listed in each course description are not included in the tuition or fees unless otherwise specified. Supply fees are added to tuition.
- All required textbooks, workbooks, class materials and supplies are the responsibility of the family.
Class Change Fees:
- After applications and registration has been accepted and finalized, a $10 change fee will be billed to your FACTS account for each class change that is made on a student’s schedule.
- An effort has been made to finalize the class schedule, however, some classes could be subject to change. You will be notified if such is the case and there will be no charge to the families for course changes made by the CHET Business Office.
Free Time:
- If a student has a time slot on their schedule where he/she is on campus but does not have a selected class, the free time room is required. Your student will be expected to sign in for attendance at each of these time slots. If there are gaps in your schedule, the CHET Business Office will automatically assign your student to free time and your FACTS account will be billed. Free time is required if a student is not in a registered class.
